If you are taking the same medication every month you could be added to the Chronic Medication Service. Please ask for info
Once processed your prescription will be sent to the Pharmacy of your choice (this must be a Pharmacy that collects from the practice). Please allow at least 3 working days before collecting at your nominated Pharmacy.
Do not call the surgery to check if your prescription is ready. If you wish to make sure your prescription has been processed, check with the Pharmacy first.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that you order your repeat medication on time. Always allow extra time for weekends and public holidays and also in the event of postal and/or technical problems.
